Kent Williams, President of Quality Colors, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of American Dyestuff Corporation. Josh Rabinowitz will join the Quality Colors team as President of the American Dyestuff Division. Josh joins our team bringing over 40 years of industry leadership in sales, purchasing and management across many market sectors. He represents a family with deep roots in our industry with expertise spanning more than 80 years. His Father and Uncle were the founders of Atlantic Industries, Inc in Nutley, NJ, which for many years was the largest privately held dyestuff manufacturing company in the US. The new division will add focus to our non-textile products including colorants and optical brighteners for industries such as paper, inkjet, cosmetics, security markings, plastics, detergents, petroleum and specialty chemicals. It will also expand our network of American and international markets for sales and sourcing to meet customer driven specifications. We look forward to the new growth opportunities that the new company will enable us to provide.
